Deceptive marketing: I purchased a ticket 3 months in advance. Their website stated changes could be made for a cost of $250. When I tried to change the return date they stated the fee would be $400. Due to bad weather and illness I had to cancel the flight. Again the website stated if you cancel with 72 hour notice you would be receive a credit for a future reservation-good for 1 year. Upon cancelling, the agent informed me that my ticket was an economy ticket and the "fine print" stated no money or credit back. I was not informed of this at the time. I never received any "fine print". He also stated the Travel Insurance I had purchased would not cover bad weather. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope others will thoroughly research the so-called fine print before making any purchase with this company.
