I now have to make my fourth call to PC Richards customer service for my LG dish washer.We had the dishwasher for 14 months and it begun to shut of after it started First service call said GFI outlet was bad.I Had an electrician replace it for$165 dollars.Dish washer stopped working again.second and third call insisted to put in non GFI outlet.This is not code,had it changed anyway.Not working at all.Calling AG for business practices and code violation.I had to pay electrician another $150.00 to change outlet. User's recommendation: do not buy service plan.use pse&g for service.
