I have one word for this dealership and it is disgusting. The way return customers are treated is disgusting. Your Finance team is completely unprofessional and unethical and I will be reporting this dealership to Hyundai itself. I am telling everyone I know to go somewhere else where they are appreciated and treated with respect. Shame on your staff. They make you wait for hours with a cat and mouse game like psychological warfare to come up with a completely outrageous overly inflated "deal" - as they call it. I was warned not to go to you and people were absolutely correct. I am also going to notify the fed reserve of your sketchy credit practices
