I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered on the 22nd of December. They didn't arrive till the following night, cut a long story short they were crushed and the leaves had mould on them and the box they were in was soaking wet. When I complained to Bloomex with photos of what I ordered and what she received and after a few emails they said that the arrangement was in accordance with there policy.
