Don't order from this company - the worst experience - ordered flowers all the way from Australia and they were NOT delivered to my friend - DISGUSTING customer service! absolutely ruined the occasion. 8pm in NYC the whole day has gone by and my friend has not even received the flowers. EMBARRASSING - then they asked me to CHECK if she had been down the concierge to "CHECK" if she had received them. Generally when you order flowers - you order as a SUPRISE. I am the customer and so is my friend - why should WE CHECK? After talking to them, they said "sorry but there is nothing we can do about this". ABSOLUTE JOKE. Out of every company in New York I chose them, and trusted them to deliver on time and be professional - shocked that this business gets away with this type of service and level of customer service. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with these people.
