Disgusting Haircut

My dog is a imperial shih tzu and I got her cut today. When I came to pick her up she was completely shaved and what look like a mohawk on top of her head. There was a red mark on the side of her neck, and she looks completely ridiculous. I tried to feed her and she bite me very hard. She is such a adorable cute dog, and I feel like I just got ripped off.
