I have contacted the WSJ four days running. My paper is being delivered in heavy rain in only one bag and not closed up. After complaining my paper was delivered yesterday without a bag and the newspaper was scattered all along my road which I retrieved. Today it has been delivered in one plastic bag, not tied and is soaking wet again and it was delivered onto the road!! It seems the carrier can get away with this and there is not a re-delivery by this carrier. Shame on the WSJ for allowing this to happen. We are in a digital era and to lose another customer who enjoys physically holding and reading a newspaper through the incompetence of carriers is an abomination! WSJ can do much better than this!
