I purchase some Instachill units They don't wok. Even with pre-chilled water and ice block in the water! My main complaint is with the TV Shop, I complained a few days after purchasing the units from the Brisbane Home Show and it's taken me 3 months to get my money back. The process has been disgusting and the barriers they have placed in from of me have been astounding. I will never shop with them again and I wanted to alert other potential customers so that you can avoid my experiences. I could not rate this company low enough to represent how I feel.
