I ordered a dress which didn't fit so I wanted to return it for a refund. I was 2 hours trying to sort it out and couldn't. If I had read the reviews first I would never have sent for the dress. I have had to return it with my own details to the return centre in Birmingham. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will get a refund but I am not very hopeful I will never use the company again. User's recommendation: Don't even think about using this company.
