Disgusted With Customer Service

I requested a referral. The customer service agent sent the wrong information. My insurance will not pay because of their error. Now I am stuck with the bill for their mistake. I called to have it fixed. Over two and a half hours later of being put on hold and transferred to five people with no idea how to assist. No solution. I am disgusted with the customer service, the representative who hung up on me and the representative who transferred me to the wrong department. You would think, if they messed up so badly, they would fix the issue; however, I am stuck talking to incompetent idiots. I love my doctor; however, I refuse to deal with this company anymore after today.
