I ordered 40 shirts for a Break Dancing and Free Running Program for our kids to perform at local events from Will Enterprises. When the shirts arrived I was surprisingly disappointed with the quality. We had ordered half of the shirts in black with a white logo on them. You could see the black through the logo and they looked awful. This is not what the proof looked like when it was sent. Therefore this was not the quality I anticipated. The other half of the shirts were ordered in grey with orange writing on the sleeves which, on some, bleed and looked smudged. To add to my disappointment, when I contacted Will Enterprises and sent photos, they told me the industry standard is to stand 10 steps back and then evaluate the shirts. They told me that this is what they do with Kohl's Department Store and this is the quality they provide, it is the standard. I wonder if Kohl's Department Store knows they speak of their quality in such a way? I was also told I could send back the grey shirts and they would do their best to fix them or if needed they would print a few new ones. Mind you the performance was two days away. Although we are small, we are a well-known non-profit and our sister companies reach across the nation. I can confidently tell you that I will never order from Will Enterprises again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I've copied their mission statement below in hopes that if they come across this review, they might reconsider using "superior quality" for their family business. Will Enterprises produces shirts for such clients as American Cancer Society, Special Olympics, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Arthritis Foundation, Kohl’s Department Stores and MillerCoors Brewing to name a few."
