DISGUSTED / CANT’T BE TRUSTED TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER

Hello, I need help with the online *** organization. I ordered some flowers with them. I had called their toll free number and verbally confirmed that they can deliver the same day. They suggested I place the order via their online portal so its easier to get the verbiage etc correct for the card to be attached with the flowers. I did all of that well before noon on 26th Feb 2019. I paid them in full and it included 20 bucks for same day delivery. I even put in not that if for any reason they could not do it they should let me know ASAP because it was an important occasion to get the flowers delivered on time the same day by evening. Right after placing my order my credit card was charged for the order. I was getting status emails telling me all is well. I have attached a word doc with the email screenshots. The last email I saw on 26th was that my order is in TRANSIT, I was feeling good that my flowers will reach in time where they need to go. But to my surprise the next day I got status saying my order is refunded, I spent over an hour trying to understand what happened and why they did not deliver, but no clear answers. I even asked to chat with the manger or someone with more authority and sense, but they would not connect me. Now two days have gone by and I have not received my refund or have any further communication. They caused major embarrassment by failing to deliver on their obligation. PLEASE HELP ME. THIS IS REALLY ONE LOUSY CHEATING ONLINE CROOK of a company. How is it allowed to operate in Canada, Thx. Hemant Kapadia
