Disgruntled customer (not once but twice)!!

I ordered a washing machine from the store in Shallotte North Carolina in early October 2020 and it was delivered as agreed. I also ordered the washing machine hoses early October, but I did so online having the parts delivered to the Wilmington North Carolina store. I called weekly to check the status of the hoses for about two weeks and they still had not arrived. I was informed by the rep in the Wilmington North Carolina store that they would call me when the parts arrived. Here it is late November 2020 and I decided to call and check the status of the hoses again and was told that they have been there since November 4 but they were delivered to the Shallotte North Carolina store. I dont know how that got mixed up but I personally ordered those hoses online and intentionally had them delivered to the Wilmington store. So how they were transferred to Shallotte, I have no clue but I am not a happy customer. I will never walk into the Shallotte store to order another product or service from Badcock. They are not Just unprofessional they are very unorganized. I have been a long-standing customer for quite some time but this most recent purchase is my absolute last purchase. This is the 2nd unfortunate mishap with this furniture company. User's recommendation: Shop around even if it cost more.
