Discuss accessing a channel

Trying to access GSN on Roku. I am on a 7 day trial and have not been able to access GSN and have not been able to get any help after 2 emails and multiple calls to Roku, GSN and Hulu. About ready to stay with DISH because I cannot get help. Am following the instructions given by Roku to access GSN but they dont work!!!! User's recommendation: I have not been able to speak to anyone about my issue so None.
