Contrary to what you letter states if you and/or your agency had investigated one of complaints, there would be a different outcome for Jr. Since I am not Caucasian you have opted for the optics, white is right. To substantiate my rebuttal I have attached the following documentation along with my original request. In my continuing pursuit of justice for myself I am once again submitting complaints regarding sexual discrimination to your office, and racial discrimination with the VA BOI. In your letter of October 9, 2019, you stated that you had investigated my complaints, can you prove it? If not, why not? According to a phone conversation I had with Raymond Anderson he advised that the BOI in all probability would not be investigating my complaint. As you can clearly see CareFirst has the same level to indifference to the laws of Virginia as the Bureau has. col·lu·sion NOUN:secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others.
