The cashier was very poor with customer service, and really didn’t care to be there. The cooks and manager did not like that I was chatting with the customers about how great customer service used to be..... and I expect better from Five Guys. The manager at the 50 W Jefferson St Phoenix Cityscape center was irate and told me to leave without even giving me my $12.90 order nor my refund. This was around 1:00pm on 10.18.18, and Carlos was the managers name! If I see him in there Monday afternoon he will be arrested! Try me! He violated my 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendment Rights!
