I am contacting you guys today base on an experience I had Friday, July 27 at a Western Finance location located in Greenwood, SC 29646. I was discriminated at this location not only by the employees but also, the branch manager. Jennifer was extremely rude and was not willing to properly explain “an apparent” store policy. Is it true, your company will not accept restricted social security cards? If so, why is this not clearly stated before a customer’s credit score is process and is approve but then is turn away because of an apparent store policy.I have never heard of such policy. Anywhere else, housing, credit cards, and loans have not turn down my application away because my social security card says work authorization. I have legal presence in the USA and I am authorized to work. Therefore my social security card will state so. I hope this is resolve soon, so I can go back to this location and get my loan that I was already approve for and this does not occur to any other customer.
