Discover is has been refusing payment for a year, yet racking up fees

Due to personal difficulties, I set up a payment plan for one year, ending in March, 2020. COVID hit, and my business funds severely lessened. I asked for an extension of the payment plan. Discover said I had to wait a YEAR!!! A complaint to the BBB wasn't...
