Update by user Dec 09, 2019 Would like CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SPECTRUM CABLE TO CONTACT ME Original review posted by user Dec 09, 2019 I HAVE BEEN WITH TIME WARNER, BRITEHOUSE, AND NOW SPECTRUM CABLE FOR OVER 35 YEARS,,, MY RATES WERE AFFORDABLE IN 1981 WHEN I STARTED WITH YOUR COMPANY, NOW 35 YEARS LATER I AM A WIDOW, I RETIRED TWO YEARS AGO DUE TO MY HEALTH, I AM NOW 74 YEARS OLD AND AM ON OXYGEN24 HOURS A DAY AND DONT GET OUT MUCH DUE TO MY HEALTH CONDITION.. I HAVE CALLED BRITEHOUSE SPECTRUM AND WROTE LETTERS SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT ALL THE INCREASES ON MY BILL THE LAST FOUR MONTHS, THIS PAST MONTH MY BILL WAS INCREASED AGAIN$33.00 FOR THIS MONTH? I LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY ONLY SINCE MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY AND ITS SOOOOOO HARD TO MAKE THESE BILLS THAT ARE SO HIGH TO PAY.I USE TO PAY LESS THAN $75.00 A MONTH AND NOW ITS OVER $200.00 A MONTH. I DONT HAVE ANY HBO OR PREMIUM CHANNELS. THIS IS A BUNDLE PACKAGE, I DONT HAVE A COMPUTER, I ONLY HAVE A TABLET THAT THEY SAY I NEED WIFI TO CONNECT TO MY TABLET. SO I AM ASKING YOU FOR SOME HELP TO GET THIS CABLE BILL DOWN, ITS THE ONLY THING I ENJOY FOR MY TIME AT HOME ALL DAY SINCE I CANT DUE MUCH WITH HAVING COPD.
