Discount Tire Reward card

Received card and activated. However when I tried to make a purchase on 12/29/2020 card was declined. Have called customer service several times to get resolved but nothing. Was told to file complaint forms and submit. I was not able to make any purchases with this card. I was out of town through all holidays. I would appreciate a new card for tires at Discount Tire.
