My name is Helen Franklin and I had reached out to Groovebook the first week in April of 2020. I had informed Groovebook that I am no longer interested in its service, and to stop having $4.37 being charged to my credit card for a service that I had not used since June of 2018. Groovebook have been charging my account monthly for 2 years. I will like for the $4.37 charge to stop immediately on my Capital One charge card. This is unethical to charge someone for 2 years for only using your service only once in May of 2018. I can be reached at (504) 234-****. I had sent you all a message before on my IPHONE and I haven't heard back for Groovebook.I am a pissed consumer, and I am still waiting to hear from you all. Thank you.
