Disconnected after on hold for 3 hrs/auto rental refund status

Hi, my confirmation# is 131295****count. Paid $365.99 incl points. Alamo charged $525.60 on my cr card & I am asking for the refund. Emailed rahul ravid the receipt on 5/19/20. Refund should have been taken care of within 7 days. 6/4/20 disconnected after an hour wait, 6/9/20 3 hr wait & disconnected. What is the status? If calling, leave a message. User's recommendation: Be persistent.
