Disconnect TV Service / Retain WiFi

Everyone is different with different tastes. Completely dissatisfied with the TV Service. I requested disconnect TV more than a week ago. No response from ABB customer service. Just opened current bill online - NO indication of TV cancellation. I advised them I'm not breaking their contract so should not have a payment penalty - I intend to keep their WiFi. But, I hear nothing back regarding my request User's recommendation: Everyone is different with different tastes. ABB BAsic TV channels don't appeal to me.
