DISATISFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called to have my unused tickets refunded, as an active duty service member who has been restricted from being in crowds and theme parks due to the increasing positive numbers of the Delta Variant of COVID. Not being refunded for that amount of money is unacceptable. User's recommendation: RIP OFF.
