Disappointment !

SINCE BEYOND joined BEYOND August of 2020. I have been able to use it only ONCE !! every time I visit your store , NO ONE can pull up my email address, showing that I have it. even when they tried to use my phone. Every time I am in your Cary NC store I spend well over 100.00. I have written TWO times and NO ONE has bother to contact me. The phone Number I was given DOES NOT work. IT DISCONNECT ME EVERY .I WANT MY MONEY BACK>. I WILL CALL THE BBB OF EASTERN NC IF I HAVE TO. User's recommendation: idea is good. but what good is it to you if it does not work ??
