Disappointing service experience and strict cancellation policy.

In order to use this company you must sign a contract which states you have 30 days to experience it before you can cancel. We were committed to two years at around $320 per month. By the 7 or 8 month we had enough with technical issues such as being shut down and lack of ease to discuss functionality. We had to move on to a more reliable company but were informed the billings would continue until the two year contract was reached AND it would automatically renew even if we were not using any of it. Multiple frustrating phone calls later , after being told there is no discount for early termination we decided to pay off the remaining balance on around $2000. The only recourse are reviews like this to help other businesses avoid Ring Central.
