Disappointing Response From Customer Support

I ordered 3 blinds for a total of $578. The blinds arrived and were mounted per instructions. There is a 1/4" gap between the rail and the mounting bracket. I contacted Customer support and sent photos. They contacted the manufacturer who offered to send me cloth to stuff into the gap. I told customer service that this is a design issue with the mounting bracket and the head rail being used and stuffing material into the gap was an unacceptable solution. No further response.
