Disappointing DVDland
DVDland is an arrogant, short sighted business. After more than a decade of online purchasing, DVDland stands alone as the only business to rip me off. When viewing this site, with its remarkably similar complaints, I realised my money/dvds would never be coming. And the cheek of replying to customers that there "efficient email response" represents good customer service, is ludicrous. A business transaction is "good" when the customer gets what they have paid for, not asinine excuses blaming postal services, (for which DVDland charge customers plenty!). In NZ, our Commerce Commission would deal with these piratical people, maybe its time your Australian government did the same?
