Disappointing customer care after purchase

My dealer found a manufacturer defect with our brand new boat and has to get specs to fix it. No one from Godfrey will return his request. It has now been approximately 11 months now. 35,000$ lawn ornament! I sent an email and called and got no respose from either. So disappointing. User's recommendation: Be careful before choosing a Godfrey product for your families next boat.
