I have been with them for several years and never had anything bad to say. Yes, sometimes there were some things that didn't make me feel happy, but they weren't that big. Last time I received my order 7 weeks after I placed it. I don't know what and why it happened, but I didn't expect them to let me down. I desperately need the order as right now I am drawing and have no time to wait forever. The quality was ok... I also called customer service several times within those weeks and unfortunately wasn't treated well. Shame on you, Jerry's, I didn't expect you could be that way!
