Disappointed with response

Several weeks ago I took advantage if your Clinique promotion of a gift with purchase. During these difficult and careful times the n regards to money being spent, I put chased these items to take advantage of receiving my gift with purchase. The salesperson I placed the order with assured me I would receive it. Well, I did receive the ordered items but never received the bonus gift. I have contacted the bay and requested you follow through and although you respond that my email has been received, the issue has NOT been resolved. As a loyal bay customer service and I’m not impressed!!! I have lost confidence in your store and will now purchase elsewhere. Shame On you!!!!! User's recommendation: I will not shop a the bay but buy directly from Clinique from now on.
