Puschased backpack Wit M at K-Mart on 7/3/19. Granddaughter used it for a week, using it for her swimsuit and towel. Backpack was then put on the shelve until 8/29/19. Took it down to use for a day at the fair, back straps were coming loose so I took it back to the store 8/31/19 and was told they would not refund or replace contact the company...I am. Not expensive but disappointed. Was hoping to talk to someone, nope no phone number.
