Disappointed with Customer Service Policy

When the Pandemic hit, I ordered through the DSW website and failed to access my account. My husband used his paypal so the order was shipped to his name rather than mine. I contacted customer service to have the three orders $21.44, $54.99 and $84.97 to my DSW VIP account. The orders were clearly in my size and sent to our home addresses, which is the one on my DSW account. The Customer Service Rep couldn't add the points so I asked for a Manager, and spoke with Kenya. The only thing she said, was "this is our policy" and I can't add the points to your account. I have spent 100s of dollar at this store and this poor customer service is very disappointing. No wonder you are going out of business. User's recommendation: Don't expect customer service from the DSW call center. 1-86*-***-**** . I suggest that the president review this complaint and think twice about his policy and then read the book, "The Customer Rules".
