Disappointed in their customer service satisfaction policy

Update by user Mar 07, 2020 I suggested to pay may balance in full and have the company forfeit the accrued interest charged applied to my account. Original review posted by user Mar 07, 2020 Customer service satisfaction is outrageous! They didn't offer any type of positive cooperation to resolve my billing issues regarding interest charges applied towards my account, after being a valued customer for the past 2 years. I will no longer use their service after this negative experience in customer care and satisfaction! User's recommendation: Do not use their offer if you are not going to be treated as a valued customer!
