Disappointed in product

Purchased 2 oversized recliners and they make several noises creaks and pops. Now starting to make straining squeaks with slightest movement. Never been so let down with a name brand purchase. $1600.00 for the two. Never again from Lane. User's recommendation: Do not purchase Lane !
