Disappointed in customer support

When I actually used window cleaning product, the cleaning solution was used up terribly fast. Advertisement showing heavy use on washing windows was VERY deceptive, not realistic. I used 2 bags of solution instead of one, and didn't even finish. It cleans windows if you prerinse, use enough solution, and post rinse. But it doesn't do even 10 windows per bag. After 30 days, customer service doesn't help AT ALL. In Minnesota, you wait for good weather, and then schedule cleaning. CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER 30 DAYS IS NON-EXISTANT. TERRIBLE!!! Be prepared to use 3 or 4 times what they suggest product will do. Don't expect any help, even though they sell it with all kind of promises over the phone. User's recommendation: NEVER.
