Disappointed, frustrated, angry, appalled…seems there is no empathy for misleading customers
My name is not on the tickets to start...the price was doubled from the original price on the ticket itself and when trying to contact them they provide an automated system with no options to speak with anyone live. System says they are a re-sale company. NO rufunds, upgrades or fixing your ticket it available. They charged more than ticket price and fee's stated on THEIR site. Now I'm unsure that these are credible ticktets to get into the event purchased. After spending $350!!! No customer service support and the deceitful way they sale I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using ANY OTHER AGENCY!! So disappointed, frustrated and angry to have possibly thrown away money as well as feeling violated with no resolution. Their lack of empathy and validation for misleading consumers is appalling!
