Disappointed at expensive Pantyhoses purchase

I bought 2 pair of Hanes # 617914****22 sheer pantyhose. One Medium and Large pairs. After carefully putting hoses on the hoses ripped from crochet on up ...like panty part is in half. I'm very disappointed at quality. I paid 12 dollars and hoses tear apart so easily. The pantyhoses that I normally wear from Roses that only cost a Dollar is so better as far as quality but I love the color of Hanes on my leg. So I'm returning the Medium pair for a refund.
