Presidio Junction in Fort Worth.... lunch with my daughter at my all-time favorite place.... She ordered entree, drink and dessert. I ordered a quiche, a bowl of French onion soup, drink and dessert. We received our food. Began eating. I find a beard hair in my soup. We take soup to front. One bearded guy offers a new bowl. A different bearded guy brings new bowl. We commence meal. Wait!!!!Yet a new beard hair in my new bowl of soup. We seek out manager. He comes to table. Laughs if off. Offers me a cookie and a $10 gift card for our nearly $42 meal that we are too sick to eat. Wow! I am not only I’ll, but insulted!!! We leave our meals and the restaurant. Getting into car, I realize foreign object in teeth. Floss. Oh wait! Another beard hair. Oh, here’s a cookie for you! Staff with beards cannot leave them uncovered in food establishments. Managers with returning customers cannot just offer a cookie for it to go away. After the insult, I wanted to stand up and announce to entire restaurant but I was too speechless to do so. I will be returning to my daughters. I think I will take my $10 gift card in to purchase my own cookie and let all involved in meals know how the place is overrun with beard hairs in the food. I have never been so insulted by anything before. Not my go-to restaurant anymore!!!
