Disapointed customer was given very bad customer service

To Whom It May Concern: I went into the Kearny NJ store on 8-18-18 and I purchased $46.26 worth of clothes. When it came time to ring up my items Anna employee number 370352 gave me very bad customer service. First she asked me for my telephone number. I explained to her that I did not want to give her my telephone number because it is private. Anna then proceeded and put *** in the shirt that I was trying to purchase when she was taking the security lock off of it. She then proceeded by telling me to write my name on a piece of paper that she placed in front of me. I told her that she had made the mistake by placing the hole in the shirt. In addition I explained that I should not have to write my name down or give her my telephone number because of her mistake. Anna responded by telling me that I switched everything and that I was someone else. Anna then insisted that I go and get another shirt off of the rack. I went to get the other shirt off of the rack. When I returned she kept making comments under her breath about the fact that she thought that I was switching something with the clothes. I am not a thief, and I have never stolen anything from your store. It is clear to me that she was mistaken me for someone else. However, the way in which she handled the situation was with very bad customer service. Anna clearly needs some additional customer service training. I did contact the store and I spoke to a manager by the name of Heidi, on 8-24-2018. Unfortunately, if she treated me like that she is probably treating other customer the same way. Will you please give some of your employees in the Kearny store additional customer service training? I will not be shopping at the Kearny store anymore. Which is unfortunate because the store has very nice clothes.
