Disabled Veteran being refused seating

1

On December 8th around 9:35 National Harbor Starbuck employees refused to allow a disabled veteran to sit at a handicapped table. There were no chairs inside, except two. The veteran brought in some chairs from outside to be able to sit and enjoy his Starbucks order with his family. The Starbucks staff rudely told him that these were outside chairs and they could not have any chairs because of large party that was there earlier. There were only a handful of people inside of Starbucks. The Starbuck employees made him go outside where the temperature was in the 20s. if he wanted to sit. I noticed that the veteran got up from his chair he had prosthetics for both legs. I offered him my chair to sit and they told him that these were outside chairs and they could not be used inside. I heard the veteran identify himself as being disabled, but the staff again refused to provide seating. He proudly picked up his Starbucks drink and went outside in the freezing temperature with his family. I will avoid this Starbucks at National Harbor in the future.
