Disability issue

First am sure it is not a pissed review... when i shop in Morrison in Birtley at times the disabled scooter is not charged. if i want to use my wheelchair you have no shopping trolleys to attach you to my wheel chair , User's recommendation: the shop needs more then one mobility scooter.
