My 87 year old mother was sold a service by Skyline. They miss represented the product, told her the medical alert would work anywhere and it does not. They left holes the size of quarters in her wall with wires hanging out of them, they attached something to her phone that makes it buzz badly. They didn't even show her how to use the unit. Never received a written contract from them and have asked for one 4 times now. I requested that they just cancel the account being this did not start well and it's only been a couple days. The rep said too bad its been over 3 days so she is locked into a 3 year contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
