Ive had this home for 4+ years and was cleaning the windows and found my office window had a painted circle on the inside of the panes of glass. I called them and they said it wasn't on my punch list. That's their way of saying they got away with selling a dirty product to me. Also, buyers beware when buying these poor quality homes make sure you inspect very closely. Paint over spray all over the place. You get what you pay for they say. I don't believe I got what I am paying for. When the home was delivered it was dirty and I thought the dealer was suppose to make sure it was cleaned. And look real close at the crown & floor molding cause if you don't you will notice later the crookedness, unmatched, unconnected pieces later. Sawdust, pieces of wire, screws, washers, nails, trash in the windows, on top of the cabinets. Doors all have to be resealed. I rate this company less than average considering how much money we gave for this home.
