LRS Fish Foods contain and use shad a freshwater fish, and advertises us caught shrimp. While infact they use China bought shrimp and have been caught. It has high levels of toxic mercury. They have also use cuttlefish which is toxic to small fish. They copied Rods Food which is a better food. Thats what I use now. If you defrost this LRS food its like water. Rods is much better.
