Dirty Purchase

Good morning, Today I received my order. I was super excited to open the package to see my new All Yours Tee Dress. Unfortunately, it had black marks on the front of the dress and deep creases. Due to the vibrancy of the dress the marks are extremely noticeable. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. This was an item on WMTM, but I do not want a damaged item! Can you assist with this?
