Dirty dirty dirty

All of Le Madeline rest are filthy!! Why aren't they closed down by the Health Dept. I have gotten gravely ill over food poison. I never go there any more but can't understand why they are still open. They have horrific reviews plus they hire some of the worst nastiest...
