Dirtt, lack of leadership

I worked at this club for 12 years. the club is dirty. at 5 a.m. the staff has no access to the TV remote controls because they're hidden by head maintenance person. There are no towels upstairs. The temperature in the club is controlled from you, corporate office which is completely ridiculous in itself. Very disappointed with the majority of service at this location.
