Paychex continues to obstruct my 3 biweekly payroll checks They are illegally depositing my 3 checks from three separate legal entities into my ex wife’s DDA ACCOUNT vs my DDA account.. I’ve given my wife no written authorization no POA power of attorney nor is the account my paychecks are being DIRECT deposited a joint account This is considered fraud and using a computer to commit a crime Attorney general here I come I’m not a listed person to request this change so I gather all 70 of my employees checks are also being unilaterally direct deposited into her checking account without their consent as well I am speechless at the obstruction Paychex and team under Ted Hathaway account rep is responding to this issue
