On 6/10/2015 a "tech" from hd byrd aka AZ Cheapest Appliances picked up my refrigerator for repair to a seal leak. On the pick up receipt is written "3/4 day". (Note this is now 7/31/2015) Mike, who presents himself as the owner has promised to deliver my repaired refrigerator within a couple days at least twenty times, has offered to deliver a quality replacement refrigerator, (He isn't able to repair mine.) no less than five times, and in all this time has only returned a call when he promised to three times. (That's out of over 15 promises to call me. Since 6/10/2015 I've been storing grocery's in the garage mini freezer and mini refrigerator, thus selecting my meals from what's in the garage storage that hasn't already perished. This, Mike guy has lied to me on every turn. He tried to get me to pay additional money beyond the quote for the part. At this point, I've got a phone number 602-561-8214 and a first name. I'm not sure which is worse...him having no concept of honesty or me for not taking more time to find an honest repair person. This guy makes his home at Offerup site. Both of which leave much to be desired in the business ethics category.
